Terms and Conditions Agreement
By checking off this box, I confirm and authorize enrollment for the services chosen and have completely read, understood, agree and accept the enrollment and all other disclosures and materials relating to the Agreement for the service(s) – which are available for print and download above.
Supply & Delivery Acknowledgment
I understand that the supply of Natural Gas and/or Electricity will be provided by SFE Energy. The delivery of the energy services shall continue to be provided by the utility; and the utility will also be available to respond to leaks or other emergencies should they occur.
Rate below is only available to new residential customers enrolling with SFE Energy for the first time. You are eligible for the plan if your annual usage does not exceed 15,000 kWh for electricity supply and/or 1,500 therms/Ccf and/or 150 Mcf for natural gas supply.
